Overview

At ThePodGod, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely from our UK-based warehouse. This policy outlines shipping terms for both UK and international customers, ensuring clarity on delivery expectations and responsibilities.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and shipped on the same day, provided all items are in stock and there are no processing delays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT or on weekends and UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • All shipments leave our facility in the evening, so the shipping day is not counted in the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Methods

  • UK Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 48

  • UK Express Shipping: Royal Mail Track 24 and Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed (before 1pm) 

  • International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery and Signature

  • All deliveries require a signature to ensure secure receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

  • We recommend using tracking services like Royal Mail Track to manage your deliveries and prevent theft or loss.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, ThePodGod is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Customers must contact both ThePodGod and the carrier to resolve such issues.

Shipping Address

  • Customers must provide a valid physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions.

  • Ensure your shipping address, product selections, and payment details are accurate. ThePodGod is not liable for errors made during checkout.

  • To change a shipping address, contact us immediately at support@thepodgod.shop or via the chat function on our website. Address changes must be requested before the order is processed.

International Shipping

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, for which ThePodGod is not responsible, but we will assist if any issues arise.

  • Free or expedited shipping offers apply only to UK domestic orders. International orders are shipped via UPS which may require a signature or proof of authorization.

  • Carriers may transfer international shipments to a local provider for final delivery, potentially extending delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If an order is lost or damaged during transit, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@thepodgod.shop 

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but resolution times may vary. Customers are responsible for initiating contact with the carrier for lost packages.

Returns and Refused Shipments

  • Orders are eligible for a refund, minus shipping costs and a £10 restocking fee, once returned to ThePodGod. See our Returns Policy for details.

  • If an international shipment is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address details, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (up to £50 for international shipments).

  • ThePodGod does not provide guidance on international import laws or regulations and is not liable for issues arising from non-compliance.

Unpaid Customs Fees

  • If customs fees are unpaid, the shipment may be held or returned to ThePodGod. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a £10 restocking fee.

  • Due to the nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold, and no refund will be issued for original shipping costs.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

We regret any inconvenience caused. Kindly contact us with a photo or video of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit for the impacted items.

What if items are missing from my order?

If something’s missing, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll add store credit to your account for the missing items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel before it ships, email us ASAP at support@thepodgod.shop. Once dispatched, you’ll need to return it for a refund.

What’s your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Defective items can be returned anytime with proof, contact our support team to arrange.

How do I return an item?

What’s the difference between JUUL 1 and JUUL 2?

JUUL 2 offers better battery life and more flavour options and is the new big brother to the older JUUL 1. Note: JUUL 2 pods don’t fit JUUL 1 devices.

How long do JUUL pods last?

A typical JUUL pod lasts about 200 puffs or 1-2 days for moderate use, depending on your vaping habits.

What pod strengths are available?
