How do you ship orders?

International shipments are handled exclusively by UPS for rapid and dependable delivery. Orders within the UK are managed by Royal Mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the UPS or Royal Mail website to monitor your package.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you’re not home, your order may go to a local post office or UPS facility. Check your tracking info and bring ID to collect it.

Who Covers the customs duties and taxes?

Customers are always responsible for duties and taxes within their country. It is recommended to research your local rules and regulations for a more accurate estimate of these costs.

Order Issues

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, check your tracking number. If it’s still missing, email us at support@thepodgod.shop, and we’ll investigate with the courier

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We regret any inconvenience caused. Kindly contact us with a photo or video of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit for the impacted items.

What if items are missing from my order?

If something’s missing, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll add store credit to your account for the missing items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel before it ships, email us ASAP at support@thepodgod.shop. Once dispatched, you’ll need to return it for a refund.

Refunds & Returns

What’s your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Defective items can be returned anytime with proof, contact our support team to arrange.

How do I return an item?

Email us at support@thepodgod.shop for a return address. Ship it back with tracking, and we’ll process your refund or credit once received.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done.

What is store credit, and how do I use it?

Store credit is a balance added to your account for future purchases. It applies automatically at checkout when you log in with your email.

Why was my payment declined?

What currency do you charge in?

We charge in British Pounds (GBP). Your bank will convert this to your local currency at the current exchange rate (please note some banks add extra fees for currency conversion)

Can I get an invoice?

Absolutely! All our JUUL, ZYN, and other products are 100% authentic, sourced from trusted suppliers.

What’s the difference between JUUL 1 and JUUL 2?

JUUL 2 offers better battery life and more flavour options and is the new big brother to the older JUUL 1. Note: JUUL 2 pods don’t fit JUUL 1 devices.

How long do JUUL pods last?

A typical JUUL pod lasts about 200 puffs or 1-2 days for moderate use, depending on your vaping habits.

What pod strengths are available?

We offer various strengths (e.g., 2% for JUUL pods). Check product descriptions for specifics, or ask us if you’re unsure

Customs & Imports

Will I pay customs fees?

Customs fees vary by country and aren’t included in our prices. Check your local regulations to estimate additional costs.

What if my order is stuck in customs?
